Terms of Exchange or Donation
You will receive an email verifying that we have received your request. If you do not receive this initial email, your request did not go through and you will need to resubmit the request.
For Exchanges: A second email confirmation will be sent to you within two weeks and will confirm your exchange request has been processed. If your exchange request involves a performance that is occurring sooner than the two week timeframe, you will receive confirmation no later than 24 hours before the new performance date. EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE OPENING. The Tulsa Ballet Box Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, including show weekends - online requests made during that time will not be honored.
For Donations: You will receive a letter confirming your donation within two weeks after your request.
Terms of Exchange or Donation: By submitting your online exchange request, you agree to the following terms. You must check the box below to complete your exchange request.
• I will keep a record of my request and will monitor my email to ensure that I receive an email confirmation.
• If for some reason I do not receive a second email confirmation or a letter within two weeks (or 24 hours in advance of a performance date that falls within that two-week period), I realize it is my responsibility to contact the Box Office to check on the status of my request.
• I understand that once a performance has passed, it is no longer eligible for exchange or credit toward a future performance or donation.
